Launch Strategy & Campaign Management

Après London is the brainchild of the team behind Flat Iron Square and Omeara, and conceived all of about 6 weeks before the site was due to launch. The brand ID was in place, but not much else. Our job was to quickly establish the key objectives with the senior team before converting it into a campaign plan. This included OOH advertising, budget management, media buying, social & PPC advertising, PR and on-the-ground marketing tactics seeing the project through to launch - one that resulted in the venue full within minutes of opening.

Strategic Partnerships

We were tasked with managing a wide range of stakeholders both within and external to the business. This included developing, maintaining and reporting on strategic partnerships with the likes of Time Out, Heineken and Red Bull.These relationships, coupled with organic & paid digital activity, resulted in over 75,000 likes on Après related content, almost 1million impressions across social channels and (most importantly) a consistently packed out venue.
